Can we remind golfers that before commencing play in any competition that they should declare their lowest current handicap that they have achieved anywhere, which may not be the Hua Hin Golf Society handicap that they have been given.

And remember that you should report all your good scores to a member of the handicap committee so as they can judge whether to adjust your handicap or not.
