Can we remind golfers that they should play off of their lowest current handicap that they have achieved anywhere, which may not be the Hua Hin Golf Society handicap that they have been given.

If in doubt check with a committee member.  And remember that you should report all your good scores to a member of the handicap committee so as they can judge whether to adjust your handicap or not.
