This years Strokeplay championship was held at Majestic Creek. The first round was held on Friday 10^th December and the 2^nd round was on Tuesday 13^th December. We also had a Stableford event on that day, so as the people who had a bad round on the first round could participate, Paul Gibson won the 1^st division and Mario Aiello won the 2^nd division.

The main event was the Society Championship. We had a Net Champion, a Gross champion and  3 divisions.

In division 3 the winner was Gaston Lampron, with a total score of 139 over 2 rounds. In division 2, the winner was Steve Baines, with a 2-round total of 137. For Division 1 the winner was Andrew Rowley Bates, with a 2-round total of 136. All three are pictured below with their trophies.

The best gross score over 2 rounds was by Fiona Zimmerman, with a gross 73 followed by a gross 76 for a total of 149, two excellent rounds. She is pictured receiving the best Gross trophy from Berny.

The overall winner for the day, with a net score of 133 (72 and 61) over 2 rounds was Martyn Finnigan, with a handicap shattering final round of net 61, nine over on the round, handicap 20, he is pictured below receiving the Society Championship trophy from Berny and David.
